Police investigate the death of Barry Hall at an address on Owhiti Street in Porirua.
Police have named 44-year-old Barry Hall as the man who was found dead in suspicious circumstances in Titahi Bay last week.
Hall was found dead at an address in Owhiti Street, Titahi Bay, on Friday 7 July, and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death remained ongoing, police said Tuesday.
A postmortem examination was completed on Monday and at this stage, the death was still being treated as suspicious.
Anyone who might have information about what has occurred, or who saw anything unusual in the area at the time was asked to contact police by ringing 105 and quoting file number 230707/1182.
Information could also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
