Person found dead on private track near property in Northland, Wellington

A person has been found dead near a private property in the Wellington suburb of Northland.

Police were called around 2:45pm after someone reported finding a deceased person on a private track to a property on The Rigi, in the suburb of Northland, a spokesperson said.

“Police are in attendance – death unexplained at this point.”
