A person has died in a single-vehicle crash in Auckland on Friday night.
Police confirm the crash happened at Hillsborough, on Egmont Rd, at about 2.15am on Saturday morning.
The sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene, police said.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are currently underway.
