Pita Bread Chips

Ingredients

1 Packet of Four Garlic Filled Pita Breads

Method

Preheat the oven to 150C fan bake.

Slice the pita breads into triangle shapes, then slice through the bottom to separate the layers of the pita bread. Place on a non-stick oven tray with the garlic butter side of the bread facing upwards.

Cook for 10–15 minutes, until the bread has dried out and started to crisp up.

Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before storing in an airtight container.

Serve with guacamole, hummus or salsa.
