Auckland Emergency Management is set to give an update on the response to Cyclone Gabrielle and the Auckland Anniversary weekend floods.

Officials are expected to address the communities who are still isolated throughout Auckland after the severe weather events, either because of damaged roads, slips or power outages.
There are still a number of red and yellow-stickered houses throughout the region.
Officials said on Tuesday it could take “months” before some residents were back in their homes.
