Louis Rees-Zammit gave Welsh fans a glimmer of hope with an intercept try to grab a 10-8 lead soon after the restart.
But England hit back when Kyle Sinckler crashed over after a series of phases from a lineout maul.
England killed off the game with a well-worked try to midfielder Ollie Lawrence in the 75th minute.

Wales are winless after consecutive losses to Ireland, Scotland and England.
Gatland, who replaced sacked Kiwi compatriot Wayne Pivac, faces two challenging away assignments to Italy and France to avoid the wooden spoon.
