This week’s Nice Neighbours are Tony and Paula Rutherford of Albany, Auckland. They were nominated by Julie Herbert.
Julie Herbert said her neighbours over the road, Tony and his partner Paula, were the nicest neighbours. They were always willing to help out. Whether it was keeping a watchful eye over Herbert’s property when she was away, taking in parcels if she was out, or bringing over gear.
“They always are there when we need them. We had a piece of steel sticking out from under the house and Tony managed to cut it for us with his machine. I love that we call him top road security when we are away. Tony takes pictures of the animals and the house, so we know everything is ok,” said Herbert.
Go to Neighbourly to nominate a Nice Neighbour you know.
