A road has been closed, and two people have been injured after a group fight in the Auckland suburb of Ōtāhuhu.
A police spokesperson said police received a report of a group of people fighting on Avenue Road at about 4.25pm.
“Two people have been taken to receive medical attention. Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
St John have been approached for comment.
In a tweet, Auckland Transport said Avenue Road between Atkinson Avenue and Church Street was closed by emergency service responders.
